I cant import any filters to HM3 i tried everything and watched a lot of videos but they only talk about importing hands, not filters, anyone know how to do it?

It is not possible to import filters into HM3.

HMT-5061: Add export/import feature for custom/saved filters

If you want to be notified if/when it is added please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link (https://support.holdemmanager.com/) and include "Notify Me When HMT-5061 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.

Note: This is for being able to import HM3 filters to HM3. It will never be possible to import HM2 Filters to HM3. HM2 Filters will have to be recreated manually.
