Hello!

I'm desperate.

I directly bought HoldemManager, and the installation of postgresql does'nt work.

The error message is : "Sorry, could not install PostgreSQL"

I've tried to install it separatly, same problem. I unistalled my security software, same problem. I've tried to uninstall everything, same problem.
I use windows vista.

What can I do ? Thanks.

Update Vista to Service Pack 2
Turn off Windows User Account Control and reboot.

Make sure secondary logon is turned on: The secondary logon service is a standard windows service which is available on every windows computer. In the latest versions it is not started automatically. You need to start it via control panel > administrative tools > services. Starting it once should insure it works in the future also.

Run the manual installer of PostgreSQL from PostgreSQL: The world's most advanced open source database (http://www.postgresql.org)
Try 8.4.7 and let us know if you get any errors during the manual installer.

Okay, thanks a lot, it worked perfectly with this version of postgresql.

I'll probably post a new subject about a problem of HUD that I'm now facing up, but I first try to resolve it alone.
