Hi,

I'm not able to contact support due to the fact that I'm unable to log into my HM3 account. Could someone please contact me via dm, email or give me the email to send my request to sort out this problem. Thanks

Try using a different browser. Do not use Internet Explorer, or a browser that blocks scripts.

Try the 'Forgot Password' option on the login page again.* Once you have changed the password there you should be able to login to your HM.com account with that same/new password - https://www.holdemmanager.com/store/login.php

If you continue to have problems:

This isn't something we can handle on the forums for security reasons. You can create a support ticket (https://support.holdemmanager.com/support/category/19) as a guest with your account/email details, a link to this thread, and your forum username; or you can email us directly at support@holdemmanager.com from the email address linked to your account. Once we verify your identity and that you control that account/license we can manually reset the password.
