hello,

Here today I buy HM after a trial period!
I received my serial code but when I returned he said:

"The serial number is invalid or could not be used to unlock software. Please try again or contact customer service for assistance"?

I do not understand?
Can you help me, should reinstall HM to activate?

I try everything what I saw on your forum nothing works.
I am disappointed by this software directly, it is not serious.
I wait a "real" solution in the shortest time

As per the FAQ contact support if the solution doesent work to have it reset
