I am trying to import HHs from pokermaster (generated by pokergrandmaster), the hands do import but stacksizes and all bets are 0

what am I doing wrong?

The only 3rd party card catchers HM3 supports are from EliteHUD (https://elitehud.com/) and AdvancedPokerTools (https://www.advancedpokertools.com/).

If those hands from your PokerGrandMaster app are not importing then you need to report that issue to their support (https://pokergrandmaster.net/#contact-3) instead of us. We can not provide technical help for unsupported sites/networks as we do not design our software to work there or test there with all of the third party tools. If you have any problems with HM2 using third party tools, to use our software with unsupported sites, all support will need to be handled by the third party software support team.
