It seems the rake at ggpoker is treated as 0 because it does not show in the downloadable hand histories that they provide. Is there a way to manually create a rake structure ? I have not found out how

Hello,

The hand histories downloaded from ggpoker do not include rake. Is there a way to customize rake for ggpoker ?

hello, did not get any answer for this, thank you. I would like to figure out a way to calculate how much rake I have paid. Also, is there any way to account for the run it twice and run it three times all in ?

This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve.

Rake and net won on GGPoker are not accurate

If you want to be notified when it is fixed please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link (https://support.holdemmanager.com/) and include "Notify Me When HMT-5081 Is Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.



Also, is there any way to account for the run it twice and run it three times all in ?

I don't see this issue/request documented for our developer yet so we will need samples of each sent in for testing so we can document the issue for our developers to see if they can be supported.

Please zip and email the original problem hand histories and tournament summaries to us as instructed at the bottom of this FAQ (https://support.holdemmanager.com/support/faqView/Holdem-Manager-3/269/How-Are-Missing-Hands-~-Inaccurate-Reports-Fixed%3F#hm3-email-hh).

Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.

No, not yet. It is a complex issue because GGPoker do not actually write the Rake in the hand history files. The developers are discussing how to handle, or if they can, but it is not clear at this point if/when this issue will be resolved.

PT4 recently updated adding this functionality, have you planned to release an update with it?

After updating the hands have to be 'force reimported' to the same database, or imported to a new database, for the new rake calculations to be ran on the hands.

Please update to our latest beta version of HM3 from this link - https://www.holdemmanager.com/download/index.php?product=HM3&channel=beta

Toggle on the HM3 - Tools - Settings - Import - [x] 'Allow reimport of previously imported hands' then import the files again using the HM3 - File - Import Folder/Files options.

thanks for the update. It's great that rake is now finally calculated. But it seems like the calculated amount is off. At least for me it seems off exactly $10 at 10/20 PLO for example (for older hands, before the new rake system). But the rake is also off at other PLO stakes

HI ,

I have question about how the rake is calculated by HM3

There is an extra BB raked when the pot is > 30 bbs ( Jackpot for normal tables and splash pot for rush and cash ) , HM3 takes this extra BB for calculate the rake ?

We calculate the rake, and jackpot rake, as per their most recently posted rake schedules.

I wonder if any changes have been made on rake calculation for GG Network. Last time I played there was November 7 and all imported hands from that date had rake calculated.
Right now I played on GG again however all imported hands do not show any rake. Moreover if I reupload past hands (which previously had rake calculated) - they don't show rake as well. Actual .txt files with hands have rake.

This issue was fixed in our recent beta release* which you can download from this link (https://www.holdemmanager.com/download/index.php?product=HM3&channel=Beta).

*Note: You will receive a prompt to update HM3 any time there is an update available as long as you have enabled the Tools - Settings - General - [x] 'Check for Updates' and [x] 'Prompt for beta updates' options. You can check for new updates via the HM3 - Help - 'Check for updates...' option. You can also check for updates and release notes in our HM3 Releases forum (https://forums.holdemmanager.com/forumdisplay.php?f=278) or in our Release Notes FAQ (https://support.holdemmanager.com/support/faqView/Holdem-Manager-3/149/Release-Notes).

You will have to manually reimport the hands with the 'allow reimport' setting enabled, after you get the update installed, as instructed below.

The problem is that my license expired and this update requires to extend it. Currently I do not plan to do.

The situation is that some previous version that is still under my license this rake calculation worked fine. Is there is any info which version supports that or there is any other workaround to see rake from GG without extending license?

It is not clear that one would.

[removed old download links that will not work at all due to expired certificate. They would not calculate gg rake either, even if they could be used]

We cannot provide more support if you do not continue the subscription.
