"Pending Link Confirmation"

Hi!

In my account under "GET IT FREE OFFERS" it says "Pending Link Confirmation" for a little while now.
What do I need to do? I don't actually understand, what this means. I hope you can help me soon.

We send lists once a week and update according to their list they send back.
