Rake on pokerstars isn't calculated correctly.
In HM2 everything is ok.

I've reported this issue with full details and logs in Ticket #441641, but there is no answer for more than a month (!!!).

Any progress on this? Also, how do you set the filter to see the amount of rake paid?

There's no special filter, you see rake for all hands using the 'Rake' stat. If you want to see it for less than all hands then you can apply any filter you want. There might be a known issue that we are investigating where the Rake amount is wrong for some poker sites.

I've got a ticket from 18.11.2019 - 4 months have passed!
I was promised a solution 2 months ago, everything still the same!

Ticket #441641, I've sent all information to you.

You're selling a subscription for 12 months and minimum for 4 months you can't resolve an issue!

Hello Neonavt.


Like we have replied in the ticket, we have identified the issue that affects hands with $0.01 rake and its slotted for developers to work on, however it is behind other requests as there are not a lot of people reporting it.

I will follow up with our developers today and hope we can bring a fix for this soon.

This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve. The assigned internal issue # on this issue is HMT-5295. I have added your email address to the ticket so we can notify you once we have fixed it.

2 months more have passed.

Great, 6 months for trying to resolve this issue without any success!

Why you sell a year subscription and can't resolve this issue for half a subscription?
I provide full details and files for reproducing half a year ago!
