Straddles on GG

HEM3 currently doesn't seem to handle straddled pots on GG, this is the error:

Please zip/attach the original HH files to a support ticket. We can't test a bug from a copy/paste or exported version of a hand. We need the original files that the poker client wrote with this hand and every other hand for that table/session, etc.

Please create a support ticket (https://support.holdemmanager.com/support/category/19) with a link to this thread and your forum username and attach the original hand history file for this hand.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM3Archive is in C:\HM3Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Network\Month\DayOfMonth (example: C:\HM3Archive\SiteName\2016\07\31). It is configured in the Tools - Settings - Import menu.

When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then click 'Share' > 'Create Link' > Copy Link' and right-click > 'Paste' the download link directly into the support ticket email. If you have any problems with dropbox try using filedropper.com or google drive.

Hey - can you give an update where you stand on this? I download my hands from GG (N8) and then import them into HEM3, the straddled hands seem not to be importet (only if straddle comes from Big Blind). Is this still a known problem or do I need to do something differently (all the other hands are very nicely imported). Regards

We have two issues documented in regards to this site's straddled hands:

HMT-5075 GGPoker Import Errors - Possibly Straddled Pot Related
HMT-5081 Rake and net won on GGPoker are not accurate

If you want to be notified when they are fixed please send an email via the 'Contact Support' link (https://support.holdemmanager.com/) and include "Notify Me When HMT-5075 AND HMT-5081 are Resolved" in the subject line and body of the email.
