Support tickets getting deleted

Hi,
i made 4 support tickets yesterday each with a different subject like often wished to put them in different tickets. they were all in the system yesterday but when i woke up and 2 of them got deleted without notification.
why is this. its quite some work and thankfully they are still documented in the automatical emails i get.

hm i just saw that the tickets where collected into one. this is kinda weird since its hard to keep the overview but i guess its okay and this thread can be closed

You shouldn't create 4 tickets, unless they're all on separate issues. We usually merge them or close the duplicates. It's easiest to keep the chain flowing in one channel.
