Hi first of all , i could not connect on my old forum account "jduveau" , your reset password engine seems to be broken , I had to create new accnt with another email adress to be able to post here...

I recently switched to HM3 from HM2 ( 8 years user ) , I am a mtt player and am disapointed to see most tournaments reports are still not working correctly .

Back to the subject , in Tournaments Reports / Big Blind Analysis , i have many hands that were misread ( see screenshots ) , and some of them are read as been played 500k bb deep , or even 1.6 Million BB deep . I have imported HM2 hands that i previoulsy exported from HM2 .

I would love to know how to repair this , or how to reinstall properly , as Reports are totally unusable as it is.

Please create a support ticket (https://support.holdemmanager.com/support/category/19) with a link to this thread and your forum username and send the above details to us from the email account linked to that 'jduveau' forum user account. I can then test the forum password reset bug so a developer can fix it, then manually change your forum password and send you instructions to login with the new password and how to change the password once logged in.

Please try to create a new database: File - New Database* then manually import some hands via File - Import Folder - from C:\HM2Archive and/or C:\HM3Archive.

*Please do not create your HM3 Database in a sub-folder of any cloud file hosting service (Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive, etc) as it can cause database corruptions because it will constantly be syncing the database to the cloud while you are playing/importing.* You can configure HM3 to archive any auto imported hand history files to a cloud file hosting service folder if you choose to as that will not affect the SQLite database in any way, and you can obviously store any HM3 database backup files you create in a cloud folder instead of the default path HM3 suggests when backing up databases.

If you continue to have problems:

Please zip and email the original problem hand histories and tournament summaries to us as instructed at the bottom of this FAQ (https://support.holdemmanager.com/support/faqView/Holdem-Manager-3/269/How-Are-Missing-Hands-~-Inaccurate-Reports-Fixed%3F#hm3-email-hh).

Make sure you also include screenshots of your reports/filters and a detailed description by tournament number, session, hole cards, filter, stat, etc. of some of the errors we need to test.
