I'm guessing there are server problems, I can't validate mine either.

same thing here, so retarded to make us rely on a server to be able to play, our program should know we are registered.

Yes, it did.
Apperently it was the network that was down?
Anny suggestions what we can do in the futire if this problem comes up again?

Greetings Kenny

LicenseServer often does 2 hours a week of maintenance.

HoldemManager actually DOESN'T check the license every time you start the program. But only checks for it something like once a month.

When that happens... and the license server is offline due to maintenance (or a failure/malfunction) it affects dozens (sometimes close to a hundred) of HoldemManager users who than suddenly can't start the program anymore.

When that happens the only resolution is to WAIT until the server is back up.

OK,

Can you fix that the license server always does a maintenance at the exact same time each week?
In that way you can warn your custumors and can we adept to the fact.

Greets. K.

When I say "weekly maintenance"... I think they mostly experience an hour of a weekly server failure. So it's always completely random when this happens.

Worst case ever, was a server blackout for 2 days. So hundreds of people couldn't open HoldemManager. Resulting in a flood of emails/forum posts, but the license server is completely out of our control. We were investigating a whole new license system, but I don't know what the update is on that.

whatever happened today wasnt a regular thing.... if it wasnt an outage then maybe worse underlying problem... but i assume it was an outage.
