Live View Report suggestions and some other random stuff

Here Some suggestions:
- make "hands" the default x-axis selection and save the selection
- remember the last selected folder path for exporting hands

The Cash/Tournament button is counter intuitive - nobody clicks on the "Cash" Button when he wants to switch to tournament view

1 - These settings are global currently but they will eventually be saved on a graph by graph basis.

3 - The Cash/Tournament Mode button in HM3 is a toggle A/B switch, instead of 2 separate buttons like in HM2, to reduce main ribbon menu clutter.

There are hardly any buttons, so clutter is not an issue.
Counteintuitive design is one.
