Does HM3 Work with Boss Media(Playnow) Software?

Hi There,

I'm a Canadian who primarily plays tournaments and cash on Play Now.com(Boss Network).I'm just wondering if HM2 or HM3 are compatible with Play Now Poker since the websites poker update around August?

If so, do you know where Play Now Poker is storing hand history files? I've followed the support tab for Boss Network on your Holdem Manager 3 View FAQ but still can't seem to find where the site would be storing hand history files?

As a result of that, I can't seem to get the HUD up and running either.

From what we have seen from other customers on this same site/network is that their new software they moved their players to no longer writes local hand history files. If there are no hands to import we obviously can't display a HUD. As such, we can not support their software. Existing hand histories from before the update can still be imported. If Boss hand histories are available in the future, we will import them.
