View Full Version : HM3 doesn't work

Hi all.
I have brought the license for HM3 today.
I have done the installation, but at the end of installation the software doesn't start.
I try to explain better, after the end of installation, I run the HM3 icon to use it, it open the box in the centre with the loading of the software, but after this it says to me that the database is not recognized as a HM3 database, so it reopen the installation box, and it make me to choose to quick or advanced installation, I tried with all the two possibilities but unfortunately with no one the software start, because after I finish the installation of the database, nothing happen, but if I go in the process of windows, HM3 is running, but nothing appear on my screen.

I hope you could help me to fix this problem.

Please create a support ticket via the 'Contact Support' (https://support.holdemmanager.com/support/category/19) link and link to this thread and tell us your forum user name. Please attach a set of log files (https://support.holdemmanager.com/support/faqView/Holdem-Manager-3/194/How-to-send-HM3-log-files-to-support) and a screenshot of the issue in the support ticket you created.
