View Full Version : HM3 setup assistent hangs up

HM3 setup assistent hangs up after logging in (with my HM2 account). Than it starts a window "my licences" which shows nothing and HM3 setup hangs up completely.

I have an HM2 licence and want to try HM3. didnt already purchased it, maybe thats the problem.

Tried it several times, and also restarted PC.

Please help

Which Operating System, Firewall, and AntiVirus are you using?

- Please try to uninstall HM3 from your Control Panel - Programs and Features menu.
- Rename your C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\Max Value Software\Holdem Manager\ folder*. You can delete this later if we don't ask you to send it to us or copy/paste the contents back to where they were originally.
* If you can't see it, turn off the windows option (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/130/How+to+See+Hidden+Files+in+Windows+) that is hiding that directory.
- Delete C:\Program Files (x86)\Holdem Manager 3\ if you see it.
- Download and install HM3 again from this link (https://www.holdemmanager.com/download/index.php?product=HM3&channel=stable).

If you continue to have problems:
- Please create a support ticket via the 'Contact Support' (https://support.holdemmanager.com/support/category/19) link and if there is a forum thread with additional information please link to this thread and let us know your forum name if there are several people in the thread.
- Please reproduce the problem and send us a set of log files (https://support.holdemmanager.com/support/faqView/Holdem-Manager-3/194/How-to-send-HM3-log-files-to-support) and a screenshot(s) of the issue in a support ticket as explained in that FAQ.
