Please update to our latest pre-release beta version of HM3 from this link - https://www.holdemmanager.com/download/index.php?product=HM3&channel=beta


- After downloading, you should right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock.*
* If you do not see an 'unblock' option you can ignore this step.
- Then, right click the file and click 'Install'.


Database upgrade and Importing Cashout hand histories


Holdem Manager 3 Poker stars Cashout support requires a database upgrade that will be automatically done when opening a database. After that is done, cashout hand histories can be imported and results tracked in the reports.
If you would like to import the missing cashout hand histories, you can import them from your HM3 or HM2 Archive folders. (Default location: C:\HM3Archive\PokerStars\2019\09 for hands from September 2019)

Can I use NoteCaddy in this version of HM3 ? I see pop-ups "NoteCaddy Trial", but they link to poker tracker site to sign-up for the free NoteCaddy pre-release beta (I have only HM2 and notecaddy licences).

It is not integrated yet.

I think it is important to enable a tool capable of editing new stats that does not include the default program.
Is there anything thought about it?

I am sorry but I do not understand what you are asking. Can you please ask it again in more detail? If this is some sort of new feature request you should post your questions/suggestion a new thread in the proper forum (https://forums.holdemmanager.com/forumdisplay.php?f=279) instead of posting in this thread about the current release.

HM3 is not released quite yet but we hope to have it released very soon (possibly today*) if all goes well. The HUD should work fine on any stars.xx skin as far as I know. Once it is released our site (the store, not the forums) will be updated, HM2/3 alert/advisory system will be updated with a notice for the official release and there should eventually be a new thread in this same forum for the official release version. At that time HM2 owners will be able to upgrade and new customers will be able to use the 30 day trial and test or buy the software.

*Edit: We pushed the target release date back until tomorrow, 08Oct2019 12:00 EST.

Are there any updates? When I click the HM3 Beta button I just get a blank page. And I know I used to have a beta key, but when I download the pre-release now it says says I dont have a licence and cannot use it, it just closes itself again

The official release was pushed back until 11 AM EST today and we took down the beta page. If you owned HM2 and already had the HM3 beta activated it should still work. If you didn't have HM3 Beta activated yet then you will have to wait for the official release, hopefully later today if all goes well.

If you continue to have problems with the official release version is live and installed to your computer please reproduce the problem and send us a set of log files - https://support.holdemmanager.com/support/faqView/Holdem-Manager-3/194/How-to-send-HM3-log-files-to-support

If we weren't just hours away from release I would have you send the logs from the beta version but in 3 hours or so those log errors wouldn't matter as that beta version won't be able to work anymore once we flip the switch from beta to official release versions.

No Problem. Lets hope the release is gonna workout. Because that is acutally the problem. I tried out HM3 once, but this was on an older computer and several months ago or maybe even last year, very early in the new beta. Haven't touched it since then and now it says I dont have a license anymore.

Is the Software gonna automatically update to full version from beta or will there be a new download link?

Did you log in with your HM2 email?

You will need to install the updated version.

Yes, I only have one HM account and email adress that I use. I used the same email address I used before when trying the HM3 Beta.
All I get is a Window that opens, it shows my email adresse and nothing more. When I click "OK" It says I dont ahve a license and HM3 just closes

Also HM3 Website still notworking for me.

1) Check that hands are being saved by your poker client to the folder configured in your poker client options - https://support.holdemmanager.com/support/faqCategory/Holdem-Manager-3/Site-Setup
2) Make sure that same folder is set in HM3 - Tools - Site Settings and assigned to the correct Poker Site
3) Make sure you enabled the HM3 - File - Start Auto Import option.
4) Check that the hands are importing to HM3:
- Open Tools - Import Details and go to the Live play tab
- You should see new hands coming in there when playing and see them in the HM3 - Reports too
5) When hands import the HUD should appear

Please edit the Tools - Site Settings - {your site/network name} - Time Zone Adjustment - [x] 'Manual hand time adjustment (in hours)' option so that the time for the hands in the Reports will match your local time if the Auto Detect method did not properly set the offset value.

If you still don't see a HUD is there a HM3 HUD icon on the table or is there nothing at all at the table?

If none of that helps please reproduce the problem and:

a) Take a screenshot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Live Play tab, your poker client lobby and a browser page of this site - https://time.is/ - visible in the screen shot.

b) Click the 'Send Feedback' button from the left sidebar menu, or from the 'Help' menu at the top, and send your logs and config files with a detailed description of the problem.
- Send the screenshots in the same/new support ticket the Send Feedback system generated for this issue. Here is a direct link to your My Tickets page - https://support.holdemmanager.com/user/mytickets/
- Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table/session with the issue and zip/attach those also.*

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

*All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM3Archive is in C:\HM3Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Network\Month\DayOfMonth (example: C:\HM3Archive\SiteName\HM3Archive\2016\07\31). It is configured in the Tools - Settings - Import menu.

Guys, are there any updates? HM3 site is still down, no release, and I still can't use this fkn thing.
Till when was the release postponed?

I don't wanna bug you, but if it will take longer than expected with the release, maybe some support can look into it, why I still cannot use the BETA even though I have a license.
