Tournament summaries showing, but not HH

Hi there,

In my HM Archive, TS are showing,but lots of HH are not. What is the issue?

When I open the TS file(s), it shows as still playing

Usually this is a to do with the wrong configuration or import folders not setup correctly. Please also note that Play money tables are not supported.
