Hello

Every time I play on PartyPoker fast table the HUD is not working, Hm2 is importing the hands correctly because I could see the report, and everything is running as admin so I've no idea how to fix it.
Could someone help me?

I follow the procedure but nothing, I also sent you the email few days ago with zip file as indicate and I'm still waiting for a reply.

There are no tickets in our system from this email. No emails are unanswered, unless it's a crash report that you sent. Did you link to this thread? Did you check in your account in the support tickets? Did you check your spam folder?

Send in a new ticket and make sure to link to this thread.

We replied August 5 and never heard back. I resent it. Check your spamm folders.

What happened when you went to your account - Support - Tickets?
