Change the Ipoker folder to C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\skin\data\playerna me\History\Data

You may have a large number of old (unsupported/stuck) hand history files in your auto import folders. See this FAQ to resolve those issues - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: Play Money Hands (http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/2901/Play+Money+Hands)

Please close HM2. Follow this FAQ guide to run maintenance on the database through PGAdminIII:

Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: Vacuum Analyze Database (http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/1171/Vacuum+Analyze+Database+)

Don't post logs in the forums, they have your license info. All our FAQ's say to create a ticket.

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and zip/attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: How Do I Send a Log File to Holdem Manager Support? (http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/1921/How+Do+I+Send+a+Log+File+to+Holdem+Manager+Support %3F)

Hi,

thx for quick reply, I had to reinstall hem2(because after fresh installation I was able to run hem and check all this folders), then I've checked all folders for all sites for hand importing and I've deleted them all of on my disk, now it seems problem is solved.

Thank You Chris

Did you change the Ipoker folder? You can do this manually in the holdemmanager.config folder in

For Windows Vista/7/8: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\
XP: C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\Application Data\HoldemManager

See this tutorial for showing system and hidden files:
Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: How are Hidden Files Viewed in Windows? (http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/832/How+are+Hidden+Files+Viewed+in+Windows%3F+)

Open in notepad, or better yet, notepad++

If you continue to have trouble, you have to send the files in a ticket, as we said.
