Hi,
my hud seems to be working fine in mtts, but it won't load in SNGS. HOw do i fix this?

Hi there,

I have HM2 v2.0.0.8484. My PC is running W7 Home Premier 64bit v6.1.7601 SP1.

Today when playing sng's on Pokerstars, hands were being imported and were visible in the active session window and at end of session in reports, but my HUD was stuck on 'waiting for hands'. I had no HUD for the entire sng session.

I restarted HM2 and 'stars several times during the session but this made no difference. Cash hands import fine and cash HUD displays correctly. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Same problem, stopped working +- an hour a go. HUD does also work at cashgames but not at SNG's.

Same problem in SPINs. HandHistory - OK. But there is no HUD on a table.

Hi,

I'm a tournament(more sng and less mtt) grinder. Today when I started my session my hud didn't appear(waiting for hands) on sngs but only in mtts. 1st time I have seen this. My setting looks good. Also i opened a cash game to check if the hud work on it and was ok. the problem exists only in sng.Can you help me to find whats going wrong?

Same on 'stars. Cash is fine. SnG displays 'waiting for hands'

Same here on Pokerstars Spin and Goes.
The games are being tracked, i can see it in the database, results are correct, but HUD doesnt show up (waiting for hands).
It can be fixed with the Table Finder, but you have to do that with every table over and over again.
Odd thing about it, earlier in the day it was working, then without restarting Stars it suddenly stopped. I updated Holdem Manager 2 to the current version, but problem was still there.

Hi,

my HUD does not work from today (Waiting for hands...). HEM2 is auto-importing hands. I did not change anything, it used to work for years. PS.eu, HT6max.

Some reason HM2 HUD is not working with win 10 Pokerstars today, yesterday it worked well.

These changes should be available in the next gold beta release. While we do not have an exact date for the release, you will receive a prompt to update once available as long as you have enabled the Settings > General > [x] Prompt for Beta Updates.

I have done every fixing step which are shown in holdem manager 2 site.
Hands are importing to hm2 but HUD doesnt show up when im playing.
When i use table finder it works.

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: Feature Logging (http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/2581/Feature+Logging#startmenu)

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot

I downloaded what Chris said and it didn't work. However I changed the pokerstars setup - "adjust time to your local settings" (was 5 now 4) and it solved the SNG issue.

My tourneys were working before I changed this but I don't have any open atm.

Hopefully this helps a few of you.

Hey there,

I play on 888 and stars and one day out of the blue HUD wasnt showing up only on stars (888 ok).
I could find the tables and attach the HUD to them on the table finder but once I moved tables on the tournament the HUD would stay the same as the old table not showing the new players but the players I was with before moving.
I updated HM2 and I changed my alias back to my PS screename (before I had it to someone that I had few hands with as a friend advised to reduce the amount of memory HM2 uses and slows down my computer). I thought this could be the problem but I changed it back to my sn and is still not showing. Also, it makes no sense to me that there's no problem with 888 but only with stars.
One last thing: when I go to site setup this shows up:

I cannot remember if it was like this before.

Just to clarify: yes, is updated to the last version of HM2 and this started happening out of nowhere.

IT's impossible to send logs in a screenshot. Please follow the post and create a ticket, sending all of the information. The active session is from the 12th, not today as well.
