Hello,

Today iPoker (bet 365) released a new update and since its release HM2 is not calculating non showdown winnings. Actually it does, but as negative and negative only.

So if you win a pot of 20€ with betting and not getting to the showdown, its calculated as -10€.

I can add some picture to provide it. In the right side of the picture you can see in replayer that I've won the hand without showdown, but in the report tab the exact same hand is calculated as loss -6,7€.

The red line is eating me lol

Hello,

Today iPoker (bet365) released new update and since that non showdown winnings are not calculated correctly.
Its calculating them negative, and negative only.
If you win a 20€ pot with betting, not getting to the showdown, HM2 will calculate it as -10€.

There's a picture to prove it.

In right part of the picture you can see that I've won the hand, but in the report tab (left part of the picture) that exact same hand is calculated as negative 6,7€.

My HM went crazy for some reason today and started adding some ridiculous rake to hands even when there was no rake taken (action end preflop) and now my reports are not accurate at all. Any solution?

edit: There is a guy on another forum who seem to have the same problem.

Yep, ignores any winnings except river calls, too.

There seems to be new HH format hence the problem, hope its fixed soon and please let us know how we can revert the wrong results after that.

i played for the first time in a few months at ladbrokes (ipoker) today and although the hud appears it only seems to register the odd hand here and there for some reason. is this a known problem or is it something wrong at my end

A similar issue cropped up today on ipoker.fr for me (I play twisters).It might have started yesterday and I somehow didn't notice. Are those .fr issues being looked into as well?

Everything seems to be working fine now.

I wonder is there a way to retrieve true data from the sessions that were not calculated properly?

Did they change them back?

These changes should be available in the next gold beta release. While we do not have an exact date for the release, you will receive a prompt to update once available as long as you have enabled the Settings > General > [x] Prompt for Beta Updates.

Hands in the folder will import and be in the database. You can import them manually.

Yes, it appears they had a temporary bug and fixed the hand history files now.

Can anyone says if there is a solution.
Its some years already and I do not see anything or found any answer to that bug...
I do win hands but that sum up negative result in reporting so figures are just wrong and generate much miss leading in our game analysis.
Can we have an help on that?

i) Please try to vacuum/analyze and reindex your database - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/5/Database+Manager+%28Ribbon%29#maintenance

ii) If you continue to have problems, try the following:

Try creating a new DataBase and import a small portion of your \HM2Archive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/3091/How+to+create+a+new+database+and+import+previously +played+hands

If the new database seems to work properly, it sounds like your database might be corrupt. Please continue to use the new database and import the rest of your hands using the steps above. This is why regular backups are a good idea. If your database becomes corrupt you can restore a backup and only have to import the most recent hands (that were played after the backup was created) and edit any tournament results if necessary. I recommend keeping at least the most recent 2 or 3 backups in case the most recent one does not restore properly you can try the previous backup.
