Trial doesn't work for me

Hello, I'm trying to start a free trial period of HM2. I'm currently playing low limits so I can't afford to buy the license yet but I'm planning to do it soon.

The problem is when I try to active free trial period it says that my license already expired like 2 years ago. It's weird because I never used this software before.

Can someone help me with this issue?

I have issued you a 30 day trial extension which you will receive via email. You should receive it via email, or you can always access your licenses by logging into your Poker Software - Hold'em Manager 2 (HM2) (http://www.holdemmanager.com) account. Then, click on "Click here if you have a license" and enter the code in the box.

Please update to the latest beta version if you still have HM2 installed - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Holdem_Manager_2_Beta.exe

If you uninstalled your previous version of HM2 please reinstall it with this full setup file - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Holdem_Manager_2_Setup.exe

- After downloading, you should right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock.*
* If you do not see an 'unblock' option you can ignore this step.
- Then, right click the file and run as administrator.

If you buy HM2 from this point forward you will get a free upgrade to HM3 (currently in private beta testing) when it is eventually released.
