party fastforward hud doesnt work

however, it does work at regular party tables
when i start HM2-PartyGaming-Open fastforward table, my HUD on that table insta freezes at "waiting for hands...." and i can't even click on it.

passed through all fastforward faqs and recommended settings, except for "preferred seating" seems to not work properly at fastforward tables so i tried to turn it off and on, yet it didn't help me

Please never attach logs. Your code is in them. All FAQ's instruct to create a ticket and send them in.
