I want to play from a local internet cafe.
The pc s there uninstall all the software that a customer has installed when rebooted.
Is there a solution so I can play from such pc?
Would I be able to install HEM2 on an external hard disk?

You could store the databases on an external disk.

Please see this FAQ to move your database to another drive. Please note this is an advanced article and we do not provide support for this method if you encounter issues but at the request of users we decided to make a FAQ for those who felt confident enough to try this method.

thank you for your reply,
however maybe I did not make myself clear, my problem is that I cannot have HEM2 installed on the internet cafe PC, when I install the software it gets UNINSTALLED after the next reboot (I do not have privileges to make a permanent installation on that pc)

Can I have the installation on an external hard disk, so that I can connect my hard disk to the internet cafe pc every time and run HEM2 installation from my external hard disk?

If not, what will another way around this problem be ?
Any suggestions ?

It's a lot more complicated than just having HM2 and a database. You will need to install Postgres (and maybe .net) each time. Postgres is actually a user account on your computer, so that has to be installed. It really is an inconvenient, and suboptimal way of doing it, if you have to re-install everything each time.

HM3 will be based on MySQL and you can install it and the database on a USB device, so that would be a better option in the future.
