View Full Version : snowieapp not working for me

I just bought an one year subscription on snowieapp, but it seems is not working properly. I started HM2, went to snowieapp tab, and when to select my nick, the list shown there was nothing to do with my active database. I play on 888 poker and the list there was with players on Pokerstars. I specify the active dabatase is the only database I have at this moment. After resend hands and refreshing, my actual nick appeared in the list as the only 888poker player, but with just 36 hands. So, what seems to be the problem? The email address I bought the subscription is different the one I have the HM2 registered on.

Please see the emails. Using more than one mode of support will not help.
