getting (paid) hourly help ?

Hi support,

I have some issues with my database being huge. I got instructions from Chris but because I don't understand much about the technical side of computers and programming I don't really get what I should do.

I remember reading about the possibility of getting a admin from Holdem Manager to take over the screen and help with certain issues. Is this indeed an option?

If so, I would be very interested.
