How do I use the .xml file?

I downloaded popups in .xml format from https://www.holdemmanager.com/hud_repository/popup/. How can i us them? I moved them to config folder but HM2 can't find them.

A HUD is the xml file, and it is imported in HUD Designer - Import.

popups are attached to the HUD file. If you get a .pop file, it is put into the config folder (and the one in roaming, not program files).
