It starts lag when more tables are open (It didnt happen ealier), when I want restart it. I cannot do it normally (there is info HM2 is still running)- I have to kill process. When I restart it then it works normally for few minutes then start laggy again. Then I kill proces and again. I have added screenshots.

In the past I have worked good with exactly the same setup on even bigger DB, but now something strange must happen.

I am working on i5 3.3 GHz and have 32GB RAM.

P.S. Is so many Postgresql process normal?

You will have a lot of Postgres processes, it is absolutely normal.

Please update to this version

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and zip/attach your HM2Logs folder with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: How Do I Send a Log File to Holdem Manager Support? So one more time, I am using:

-Holdem manager 2 (Updated to latest beta version as you said)
-Placemint
-Turbo Seat In (seating script)
-TableScanTurbo

Problem starts when there is more tables (8+) or I am playing for longer time. What is easy to observe is a symptom that HM2 cannot be closed correctly when problem appear - I must kill his process and restart to start playing normal again (for short time) what of course should not happen (for example: log_9_30_2016_17_36_59.txt). But if I close tables before try shut down HM2 then HM2 can be closed normal via "x" button in the right-up corner (log.txt file).

Please do not ever upload your logs to the forum. The one file has your license and email in it. That is why we said to create a ticket and send it in that way.

You have a large number of old (unsupported/stuck) hand history files in your auto import folders. See this FAQ to resolve those issues - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: Play Money Hands (http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/2901/Play+Money+Hands)

I'm really sorry and I know there is nothing more frustrating than having issues like this when trying to play. I hope i can help you resolve this quickly.

What is your hard drive model, RAM and CPU? You can find this in your Control Panel - System - Device Manager. Sometimes lower spec PC's can contribute to lagging but that is not to say we can't still improve it further.

Are you running Notecaddy also and do you have many definitions or use any of the NC Edge or NC Advantage packages? Those can also have an impact on large database with large definitions. If you do I would suggest reading this thread which will help improve the performance when using NC - NoteCaddy speed improvement - Assaultware Wiki (http://wiki.assaultware.com/NoteCaddy-speed-improvement.ashx)

You can also try the steps in the following AJA Performance Guide - http://www.notecaddy.com/NoteCaddy%20Performance%20Guide%20v1.2.pdf

How big is your database and how many hero hands are in the database? If you have a large database you can try to edit the hm2 config file to force HM2 to use more or less RAM and see if it helps. Here is a text document with instructions if you want to try that also - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/WorkingSetCap.txt

In the meantime while you reply with those details I have a couple of things you can try that will improve the performance of your PC in general and may help if this scanning is the cause of the issues you're seeing.

Please check these 2 FAQs and try all the steps there to see if they help:
- Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: Software Security Problems (Firewall) (http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/1011/Software+Security+Problems+%28Firewall%29) - Resolves issues where security software continually try to scan files and processes which can slow down your PC

A few other things you could try to see if it helps when playing:
- Does it help you disable the Settings > General Settings > Miscellaneous > [ ] 'Automatically Refresh' option and restart HM2?
- Try leaving HM2 on the 'Home' tab when playing.
- Try picking a villain in the reports that only has a few hands in your database instead of your hero and restart HM2.
- Try creating a new smaller database with just hands from the past 1 or 2 months to use when playing - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: How to create a new database and import previously played hands (http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/3091/How+to+create+a+new+database+and+import+previously +played+hands)

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem, describe exactly what you were doing, and attach your new \HM2logs folder -

Before I make list of this things I can say that I have described my CPU in first post. What I Can add is I got Samsung 850 EVO + Samsung 840 PRO (One with Windows and HEM folder, second for databases folder. Notecaddy is not a problem as problem also appear when I stop note creation. I am not using any antivirus as I heard Windows 10 Defender is Ok (Maybe it is not true?) and don't want to have one more problem as configuring antivirus conflicts

What for is this folder: "HEM Data\Hands" and how hands get there? (In Pokerstars setting I have choose another folder) Can I take it out from auto import folders?

Is it not possible to get info from my logs why HM2 not closing properly? Maybe then I can find reason of problem? I am almost sure it is not hardware problem as I have working with my setup for long time (same third party softwares) with even bigger DB than now. I think it has to happen something strange but I don't know what... Maybe any latest Windows 10 update?

I also make ticket with my issue now. Thanks for quick answer.
