I am having a few problems with HEM2 lately

1) Let's say I start HEM2 after my computer just start, no problem it will load right away... but let's say I have Pokerstars running, and then I open HEM2 it will always take between 2 to 4 minutes to load.

2) Having some random bug during session that I have to close HEM2 and reopen it, everytime I have to do so if I am playing for a few hours it can take up to 4-5 minutes again to open and sometime it will freeze and I have to close it in task manager to reopen it.

I don't really get it because it was always smooth before, but for the past month it's terrible how slow and buggy it is to use HEM2.

I have latest update, very good recent computer, don't have a huge database.

1 - Make sure you always start HM2 first before you open the PokerStars Client. If you closed PokerStars for any reason and did not close HM2 please close them both and start HM2 before you start PokerStars again.

2 - What games are you playing and what exactly is this bug that makes you close HM2?

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 (http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/2581/Feature+Logging#startmenu) from the Start Menu.

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
- Close HM2 and attach your HM2Logs folder (http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/1921/How+Do+I+Send+a+Log+File+to+Holdem+Manager+Support %3F) with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue. If all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

I never had any issue in the past regarding #1. I could open/reopen HEM2 or stars without any problem, is that something new?

2) it's tough to say because it happens randomly. Sometime HEM2 will just freeze while I have lot of stuff running and then I have to restart it and it takes a bunch of time.

Also other bug I just remembered... while im playing, HEM2 will never refresh my current session, example I go in active session, or Reports and my current session would never update. I have to close HEM2, reopen, and then I see my last session.

1) It's necessary for Zoom.

2) Please send the files.

3) The automatic Site Time Adjustment will read from the site's server. If you adjust the lobby clock settings, on some sites, it could cause the Time column for the hands in the Reports to be off.

To verify, please compare the time in the Active Sessions, or Reports' hands section to your computer clock while playing.

See this FAQ for the adjustment steps if there is a difference - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: Options / Hand Importing / Site Time Adjustment (http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/101/Options+%7B47%7D+Hand+Importing+%7B47%7D+Site+Time +Adjustment)
