HUD HM Note icon on/off

I have Hero HUD visible so as to display my # of session hands

[a] Is there a way to NOT display the HERO note icon in the HERO HUD while displaying it for villains?

[b] If the note icon is activated, it is placed in the top left of the MAIN panel by default. Is the below all true?:

** It can't be moved anywhere else in the main panel
** No stat can be placed to the left of the note icon in the same [main] panel
** If I want the note icon displayed less prominently I have to make two panels with the main panel hosting the note icon only - then I can move the main panel to a less prominent position in my HUD on my tables
