User account control settings - help

Hi,

Could anyone tell me if the UAC needs to be turned off all the time for Holdem Manager to work.
I can only import hands with it off, but i get the stupid pop up telling me my security requires attention.

Just a quick Yes or No would be great

Basically the answer is it must always be off because it causes problems with PostgreSQL
