Hi there,

since a new windows 10 update my license doesn't work anymore.

Moved to the HM1 forums.

1. Shutdown Hold'em Manager and update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.14.02.exe
2. Navigate to your RVG Software/Holdem Manager/Config folder
3. Create a new text document in the Config folder and name it LicDebug or download it from here - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/LicDebug.txt
4. Restart Hold'em Manager

You should hopefully be able to enter your code now. Once you have done this close Hold'em Manager, delete the LicDebug file and restart Hold'em Manager.

If you continue to have problems:

If you continue to have registration issues, please send your Reg.log file (https://support.holdemmanager.com/support/category/15) from the C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Logs folder. If your Windows is hiding known file extensions the file will simply be called 'reg'.

Are you sure you followed the steps? It is still showing the same error that should be solved by the licdebug steps. I am editing this thread to remove the logs and code from the OP I just realized I forgot to edit out previously. All registration issues should be handled via support ticket emails for privacy and security reasons.

If you continue to have problems please create a support ticket (https://support.holdemmanager.com/) via the Contact Support link and if there is a forum thread with additional information please link to this thread and let us know your forum name if there are several people in the thread.
