Some day I clicked at configuration near "waiting for hands" because HUD was not appearing and then after clicking at "Table Finder" I moved it to that Zoom table.

After that, this specific table never shows the HUD anymore.

I played few hands and took this print screen.

I don't know why pokerstars has two lines for ZOOM NL10, but one of them HUD is not working...

What should I do to solve that?

The table finder is not designed to work on Zoom tables but both of those table names are in our server files as being supported.

1) Export any custom HUD configs.
2) Open the HM2 > HUD Settings > HUD Designer menu > Click 'Reset' > [x] All Configs > OK
3) Manually reset your Site Setup > Seating Preferences > for your site/seats and any other HUD Settings you had personalized.

Try to reproduce the problem using the default HUD/settings. If it works properly you can try importing your customized HUD again. If the problem returns after importing the custom HUD then you know that config is corrupted and you will need to delete it and rebuild it from scratch or import an older backup of that HUD config that was created before the corruption.

Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: Backup and Reset HUD to Default HUD to troubleshoot HUD or Crashing Issues (http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/1661/Backup+and+Reset+HUD+to+Default+HUD+to+troubleshoo t+HUD+or+Crashing+Issues)

If you continue to have problems:

Please export your HUD's in HUD Settings > HUD Designer.

Then delete the prefs.xml file in this folder:

Windows 7/8/10, Vista

C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Config

XP

C:\Documents And Settings\[Username]\Application Data\HoldemManager\Config

To see these folders you may have to enable hidden files - FAQ - Hold'em Manager (HM1) Poker Tracking Software :: How to See Hidden Files in Windows (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/130/How+to+See+Hidden+Files+in+Windows+)

Can you reproduce the problem with the default HUDs?

Import your HUD's again. Does the issue persist? If yes, you will need to recreate the HUDs from scratch if you do not have an older backup copy of the exported HUD.

If none of that helps:

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' and 'FastPoker' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps. You can also enable this before you launch HM2 (http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/2581/Feature+Logging#startmenu) from the Start Menu.

Please reproduce the problem and:
- Attach a screen shot of the table/desktop
- Try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the screen shot
- Save a copy of the original Hand history for the table with the issue
- Close HM2 and attach your HM2Logs folder (http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/1921/How+Do+I+Send+a+Log+File+to+Holdem+Manager+Support %3F) with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing and a link to this thread.

With all the above information we should be able to narrow down what is causing the issue, if all the information is not included we will need to email you again to request it.

...I don't know why pokerstars has two lines for ZOOM NL10, but one of them HUD is not working... Because they have been running a cash games promotion daily prize challenge called CARDHUNT that applies to NL10 & higher. So everyone interested is gravitating to the 10NL Zoom! tables to complete the daily challenge - this has caused PokerStars to open two tables at that level because the one table can't cope with the numbers wanting to play. I assume it's a software limitation. That extra table will presumably disappear when the promotion ends.
