View Full Version : Add-ons and 2nd and next rebuys not shown

Hi!

I have read that this is a common error, but none of the solutions given (which are always the same) work for me.

I have only downloaded HM2 (not the HM), and all the hands I have in my database have been played during this year 2016. My pokerstars setup is ok, as it's always saving the Hand History and Tournament Summary, and later loaded to the HM2Archive folder.

First rebuys are shown in the Tournaments Reports, but neither add-ons and 2nd and next rebuys are. I have edit manually some of the tournaments based on the hand history (so I guess HM2 could do it also tracking the hand history file), but after editing the Rebuy column the Net Winnings column is not recalculated again, so the graphs are meaningless.

Any idea or suggestion?

Thanks in advance.

Thank you for your post and I am sorry to hear you are having problems. This issue has been documented in detail and provided to the developers to resolve.

The assigned internal issue # on this issue is HM-6512: Improve rebuy/addon detection on PokerStars

I have added your email address to the ticket so we can notify you once we have fixed it.

Please send us some sample HH/TS files for ones that can not be edited so we can see if our testers can reproduce this as I do not see an open ticket for this issue.

If you continue to have problems please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to us using the 'Contact Support (https://support.holdemmanager.com/support/product/1)' link.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth e.g C:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31 or if it was auto-imported with v7283+ it would be in C:\HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\MM\DD.

When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is larger than 10MB please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox, then 'copy public link' and paste the download link directly into the support ticket email.

Thanks for your quick reply.

I think I didn't make myself clear. I wanted to say that I just edited some hands (adding manually the add-ons and rebuys) but I don't have any problem with the rest of the hands. I mean the ones are not edited are because I didn't do it, not due to any technical problem. So that means I will wait for you to solve the "HM-6512: Improve rebuy/addon detection on PokerStars" issue, and after that I will check whether the rest of the hands change automatically the Rebuys column or I have to manually do it.

I'm Computer Engineer and I understand how is to create a software. Anyway, it shouldn't take too long to solve as I have done manually what the algorithm must do automatically, which is to search for the words "re-buys" and "add-on".

Thanks!
