HUD not showing in PKR

Hey guys!

I can't seem to get my hud to work @ pkr. When I switch players in HM2 to my pkr player name about 30k mtt hands load, just in case I followed all the steps in the FAQ, right folder was @ auto import and everything seems to be fine. I even played a bunch of low stakes cash hands which I could immediately see in the HM2 software but the HUD just won't display at the tables. It stays on "waiting for hands..."

I would appreciate it if someone helps me to fix this.

Alternatively you can use our Priority Support Tool via the 'Contact Support' link here - https://support.holdemmanager.com/support/category/1/93 - which often resolves the issue and it will ask you relevant questions and at the end it will forward us the answers if you couldn't resolve it look for the 'Heads-Up Display (HUD) Issues' topic. Requests via the priority support tool receive higher priority than normal emails.
