Skipping database

Hi, during the last 2 months the database backup doesn't work for me.

If the "Skip database (only backup config)" checkbox is enabled the backup is done correctly, but when the database is included then it fails. It doesn't appear any error, the backup starts and after a while it says the backup is completed, but the destination file is not created.

Make sure that you have at least 20% free space on the disk + 2x the size of the database.

Empty the c:\temp and c:\users\username\appdata\local\temp folders.

You will need to show system and hidden files. See this tutorial for showing system and hidden files:

You can try moving them to a different drive - http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-files/change-location-of-temp-files-folder-to-another/19f13330-dde1-404c-aa27-a76c0b450818

Try saving the backup to a different drive as well.
