View Full Version : WilliamHill update hands not importing

None of my hands have been importing since the WH update yesterday, I get the following message when I go into site siteup:

Ipoker HHs - pajamaz1999's library (http://screencast.com/t/wSuO9ckOejcW)

Any help is appreciated.

These changes should be available in the next gold beta release. While we do not have an exact date for the release, you will receive a prompt to update once available as long as you have enabled the Settings > General > [x] Prompt for Beta Updates.

If you have issues after that release,

Many Ipoker 'beta' clients have made changes to the hand histories that are not in line with rest of the Ipoker Network. We are waiting on Ipoker to release final changes to their hand history format before we can properly support it. If you can still download their 'classic' client from their site, instead of their new 'beta' client, it should work as it used to.

Uninstall Ipoker, deleting the settings.

Then re-install it, right-clicking the setup file and running as administrator. This will keep it from creating a hand history folder that it cannot write hands to.

If you continue to have problems please follow the instructions in the following FAQ and reply back with the answers to the 12 questions in that FAQ. Alternatively you can use our Priority Support Tool via the 'Contact Support' link here - https://support.holdemmanager.com/support/category/1/93 - which often resolves the issue and it will ask you relevant questions and at the end it will forward us the answers if you couldn't resolve it look for the 'Heads-Up Display (HUD) Issues' topic. Requests via the priority support tool receive higher priority than normal emails.

I also had this problem.
The solution for now is this:
HM2> Home> Site Settings> iPoker> Plus (Add Folder)>
C: \ Users \ YourUsername \ AppData \ Local \ William Hill Poker \ data \ Your Name From WilliamHill \ History \ Data
> Ok> we are waiting to load and after a while he HUD to fires.
Only I added and HUD itself showed rebuffed on the table.
This is probably a temporary solution. Apparently wine software WH. At LiveCzat WH they do not yet know about it.
Apparently also it works the same uninstall WH and settings, but this is no longer checked.

See post 2 if it does not help. A lot of times, the hands are not written to that folder in post 3.
