In the SnowieApp FAQ, Hand Viewer shows inidvual errors made by player:

I don't have those information in my Hand Viewer:

I need to start the Replayer to get information about the individual errors.

How can this be solved?

Is your Internet Explorer updated?

Please make sure it is fully up to date - Download Web Browser - Internet Explorer (http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/internet-explorer/download-ie)

If you continue to have problems please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HMApps' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps.

You can also enable this (http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/2581/Feature+Logging#startmenu) before you launch HM2 from the Start Menu.

Please reproduce the problem and attach your \HM2Logs folder (http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/1921/How+Do+I+Send+a+Log+File+to+Holdem+Manager+Support %3F) with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing.

Please zip and email the requested file via the 'Contact Support (https://support.holdemmanager.com/)' link with a link to this thread and your forum name.

Please make sure you export this hand from the Reports tab using the right-click > 'Save hand to hard drive...' option and attach the hand to the ticket also.

Why I have to do 100 steps to start program working? It's not freeware.

I replied to your duplicate post on the forums. Please try not to post the same question in multiple support channels to get a faster reply.

We will be researching it later today for you and the others with this problem. I am assuming it is a server issue the developers will have to look into but I need to discuss it with our QA/Testing Manager first and he has been busy with some other projects.
