Hi,

Just started a trial. SnowieApp imported 10.000 hands. This is showing in my account information:

Max Hands: 10,000 License Start: Feb 05, 2016 16:56 +00:00
Hands Used: 10,083 License Expires: Feb 20, 2016 16:56 +00:00

Also in activity messages it shows that the hands are analysed. But here is the problem:
In analysis window there are no hands showing. There is this message:

No hands found that match your applied filters. Please revise your filters above.

So here is the real problem: there is no filter tile anywhere. I went to this (https://support.holdemmanager.com/support/faqView/SnowieApp/74/HM2%20Hands%20are%20not%20showing%20in%20SnowieApp ) page and the tile for filtering that is depicted there is not showing for me.

Is this a known bug and what can I do about this?

Thank you,
B3lly

Please send a screenshot of where you are not finding it.

What happens if you hit the back button?

Please submit the log files as requested at the bottom of that FAQ page you linked to, and include a link to this forum thread:

SnowieApp only supports NL Hold'em cash games. Please make sure that such hands are showing in your active HM2 database.

SnowieApp will automatically attempt to import hands from your HM2 database every 5 minutes.

If after 5 minutes hands from your HM2 database don't show inside SnowieApp, please follow these steps:

1) Open HM2, go to Settings > Featured Logging and enable the HMApps option and increase number of saved log files to 10. Click OK and restart HM2.

2) After restart go to SnowieApp tab and click Resend hands button. Please wait 10 minutes to let SnowieApp attempt to analyze the hands.

3) If hands will not show up after 10 minutes, close your HM2 and submit the log files - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: How Do I Send a Log File to Holdem Manager Support? (http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/1921/How+Do+I+Send+a+Log+File+to+Holdem+Manager+Support %3F)

4) If hands show up you can disable logging that was enabled in Step 1.
