Hi, there is something I dont understand for this basic filter.

I was trying to look at my winrate when I PFR(first in).

Filter used was pot unopened and PFR = true

I notice something odd for my EP winrate after filter.

It deviates from my EP winrate by a huge margin. This makes no sense because I only PFR in EP. So my EP winrate without filter and with the PFR filter should be the same? No?

Do you get the same # of hands? Are you playing full ring or 6max?

Do you ever post blinds outside of the blinds?

I could not duplicate this. I used an exclusive 6-max sample though.

Please make sure there are no corrupted filters.

Close HM2
Please delete everything in:

Win Vista/7/8: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Re ports and \Filters
Windows XP: C:\documents and settings\username\application data\HoldemManager\Reports and \Filters

Showing hidden files: Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: How are Hidden Files Viewed in Windows? (http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/832/How+are+Hidden+Files+Viewed+in+Windows%3F+)
Restart HM2 and the issue should be resolved.

And that there are no issues in the database.

Please try to vacuum/analyze and reindex your database - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: Database Manager (Ribbon) (http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/5/Database+Manager+%28Ribbon%29#maintenance)

If you continue to have problems, try the following:

Try creating a new DataBase and import a small portion of your \HM2Archive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - Hold'Em Manager 2 FAQs - Poker Software :: How to create a new database and import previously played hands (http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/3091/How+to+create+a+new+database+and+import+previously +played+hands)

If the new database seems to work properly, it sounds like your database might be corrupt. Please continue to use the new database and import the rest of your hands using the steps above.

Hey udbrky, was confuse earlier about the stat but now I understand. Nothing was wrong, without the filter it took into account the hands I folded that have 0 EV bb/100. Initially I thought the folded hands doesnt matter because its all 0 EV bb/100, but while the amount win/lose is the same the number of hands we divide it by is different (total hands dealt in EP vs total of hands dealt in EP and raise).

Thanks for your help anyway. Cheers.

OK, thats what I suspected and why I wondered about the total hands.

The bb will be the same, but the # of hands will differ, thus the difference per 100.
