Hello,

I've been using HM1 for a while, but after todays update (Pokerstars, 08/24/2015) my HUD doesnt refresh properly.

Normally, my HUD loads immediately after I open ZOOM PL tables, but since today's update it's a couple of hands behind.
I see the stats of players that i played a couple of hands earlier, rather than the stats of players Im playing at that current moment. This is only when I play ZOOm tables, regular tables dont have a delay/late freshing problem.
In addition of this, I normally dont have/see my own stats on the table(s), but now I do. Maybe this is an indication of what causes the problem?

A while ago I had the same problem but fixed it by changing the blitz and starscommunicator + running the named files in admin mode.

Hope someone can help me!

HM2 HUD is currently not working on PokerStars Zoom $0.01/$0.02 and $0.02/$0.05 tables. PokerStars has implemented changes that we are working to support and hope to have a fix available soon.

These changes will never be in HM1.

Sometimes the .net framework installation can become corrupt. This can cause several problems including freezes on startup, registration issues, crashes and more. The following FAQ walks you through safely uninstalling .net framework and reinstalling it again - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/1881/Holdem+Manager+.NET+Cleanup+Instructions

Alright, reinstalled the framework as mentioned in the instructions, but still facing the same problem.

Could it be something with the starscommunicator & blitz file? Like i mentioned in my opening post, i had the same problem a while ago, but it got fixed after i replaced the blitz and starscommunicator file.

a) HM1 has features that will be against the rules at Stars starting Sept 28th so we can no longer recommend you use it there.

b) It is too early to tell what changes will need to made to HM2 to make it both work on the Zoom tables and comply with their new 3rd party tools rules.

So, this basically means I need to upgrade to Holdem/Omaha manager 2?

We no longer support or update HM1. We do have a 30-day trial to see if HM2 fits your needs.

We had to hide that thread. The recent changes stars implemented at NL2 and NL5 will soon be released to all zoom stakes which will prevent HM1 from working properly on those tables and the Third Party Tools rules they are putting in place on September 28th will mean that using HM1 on stars will be against their rules since it has features they will not allow and we no longer update HM1 to be able to disable/remove those features.

Cheers for the quick reply. So I assume using HM2 after sep 28 would be ok and in line with ps new rules. Also HM2 will work properly on zoom tables after these changes right?

Yes, HM2 will be compliant and will work with Zoom.

Any chance you could specify what "features" of HM1 are against the Stars' new rules?
It got me very intrigued.

Off the top of my head AutoRate rules but there may be others. See this thread (http://forums.holdemmanager.com/notecaddy/531706-poker-stars-new-rules.html) for more details about their changes and a link to their new set of rules they are implementing.
