Hello, can you please add the Everleaf/Partouche French Network to the list please?

The soft is like the Everleaf soft version : poker.exe 02.45.96.

Can you change the lobby language of this client to English?
The hands are saved in English formatting?

Can you force the HUD on using TableFinder: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/ConfiguringTableFinderToShowHUD ??

Please post a screenshot of a table and the table manager.

It is not possible to install the pokerclient in english language?

Do the hands import properly?

TableFinder only works after it has successfully imported one hand:

Make sure you follow the directions exactly.

Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it

Left-click and drag the red X to that table window

Click OK

hello,

The hands are not imported in holdem manager database.

And Table finder don t find the table.

I think this format of this handhistory are not supported by holdem manager :

Please zip and mail the original handhistory files (you find them in the HM archive folder or in the handhistory folder of your poker client) together with a link to this thread and an explanation of the problem to support@holdemmanager.net. We will then try to reproduce the problem.

i have juste installed the 1.11.06-1 but it doesn't work with the last version of partouche client.

Please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot of your desktop - Capture a Screen Shot of your Desktop or the Active Window in Windows (http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm)

with the following:

1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
4) The "\rvg software\holdem manager\importing\hud data" folder AND the \appdata\roaming\hem data folder. Please Zip these folders and email them, with a link to this thread, to support@holdemmanager.com, with another sample of recent hands.

Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.

To attach it to a thread in the forums, look below the post reply button when you start a new thread and you'll see a manage attachments button. Click this and attach the file.

In general Everleaf/Partouche should work with our latest releases: http://forums.holdemmanager.com/releases/78921-1-11-06g-pre-release.html

If you still have problems please check your windows regional settings (under control panel). Are you using a non standard setting for the date / currency formats?
If you change it to english (usa) and try to import the hands - does it work?

For further help please explain your problem in detail.

Hi, im playing on partouche.fr and i tryed this new release.

It still don't work, i actualy can't import the hands because it still don't reconize the format.

when i do "import from folder" and go to the hand hirtory folder of partouche.fr, it says something like "0 hands imported from 20 folders"

(sorry for my poor english i hope you understood what i mean)

Do you want some hands to have an idea of how is the format?

0 hands imported means HM doesn't touch them.
Please copy them to a different folder and try again.
If you get import errors Please zip and mail the original handhistory files (you find them in the HM archive folder or in the handhistory folder of your poker client) together with a link to this thread and an explanation of the problem to support@holdemmanager.net. We will then try to reproduce the problem.

Hello,

Any progress on this ? Have just made a new test with latest version (.g) and with turning the date formats of my computer in US English (which of course would only be a temp solution). My Partouche client is in English too.

And same result as always and as described above: files are imported but no hands are. I don't send the hh since you have already received them from the other user above.

Any progress on this ? Have just made a new test with latest version (.g) and with turning the date formats of my computer in US English (which of course would only be a temp solution).

Make sure windows is fully updated and change your Windows Control Panel > Regional Settings Format to English (USA). The windows formatting MUST ALWAYS be in English (USA) regardless of what sites you play. The Poker Client must also be installed and displayed in English.

If the hands still won't import, after making the changes above, please send us more new hands to test.

I just replied to your email. Please follow the steps listed in the email, or for the poster above, and send us more/new hands for testing if the problem still persists.

Hello, I have just sent the few test hands when I tried this morning, with all formats in US English as requested.

(By the way, I use HM Manager for quite a long time and on many rooms and never had to set the formats to English US for any other client, which is a good thing because it would be quite a nightmare having such settings when in France).

This new release works for me, thanks a lot for it :)

The only unusual thing is that i have to do "table finder" to use HUD, the HUD dont reconize the tables by hitself.

But well it still work so its fine for me :)

Edit: When i replay hands after a session, i cant see the opponents cards even if we was both all-in, also i cant see my all-in EV
These two things are probably the consequence of the same thing: The tracker don't reconize the opponents hands when it import the hand history, only mines.

Anyway i still can see my graph, and also the HUD works fine, so its not an important bug, but its still here :)

Yes I meant Partouche.
Whith the language set to english, cash games hands are imported correctly and the hud works well but table finder doesn't see the tourney tables and no tourney hands are imported.

I've just try HEM with partouche (french network).
The HUD works good and the import is working.

But I had a problem with this import, it doesn't import the hand of the other player at the showdown.

If the handhistory doesn't list which cards "bet2win" mucked, HoldemManager can't extract that information.

It seems to be a problem with Everleaf not writing this info to the handhistory.

This hand is correctly imported by HEM, but WITHOUT any card. This (everleaf standard) format doesn't seem supported.

Another 'bug' : if you delete a hand in HEM, and you refresh a report : correct amount is shown, without the hand.

I am sorry for the problems and delays. It seems this bug got misplaced, but the developers are working on it now. We hope to have it fixed in a future release but I do not have an ETA for a release yet.

Up ? Mucked hands not appearing in HEM, and HUD not working for tournaments are really annoying.
