The HM Cloud HUD is connected, but we haven't received any hands recently.

one day it works the next it doesn't

I have run as admin set and pretty sure the hand history is set up right on ACR what gives??

C:\AmericasCardroom\profiles\player...\HandHistory \player...\

I don't think i'm smart enough to send screen shots

the hands import but the HUD doesn't work I don't get it

What game type is this?

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and attach your log.txt file with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - How do I send a log file to support? (http://www.proprofs.com/knowledgebase/view/?t=how-do-i-send-a-log-file-to-support)

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

If the steps on that FAQ do not solve your problems, please send the screen shot and log file as instructed in part 2 of the FAQ.
