View Full Version : Auto import not working since update

I updated my cloud client yesterday and now my hands aren't uploading. I was having issues streaming to twitch and torrenting so I thought it might be an issue with my uploads being blocked, I turned on my vpn and still its not uploading.

I've made sure my auto import folders are correct, my hand history is saving, etc. All fine.

Is there a way to rollback to the previous version?

Updating the cloud client should not affect auto importing as the local client simply uploads hands to our servers where they are imported. You updated manually by downloading the client again? What version of the client is it when you right-click the tray icon and click 'about'?

Did you check the activity messages (https://cloud.holdemmanager.com/messages) to see if they were queued for import?

just thought to check if my hand history folder was read only, it was.... turned it off and its working fine now

edit: its showing my hands played but my opponents are all blank.... booooo

i'm playing zoom btw.

What is blank? The HUD or the site? Please follow the instructions above and send us a problem description, screenshot and detailed log file via email with a link to this thread. There is little we can do to help without better description of the problem or screenshot and a log file with detailed logging enabled.
