As most of you has probably noticed we have some very useful stats (like raise flop > wsd, c/r turn > wsd, etc.) but instead the value we have "doh".

any hope that this issue will be handled in the near future?

morny, thx the answer, but this update - i had it already - doesnt solve the problem.

In the pop up stats i have W$SD Raise Flop, W$SD Raise Turn, W$SD C/R Flop, W$SD C/R Turn and for all i get this "doh" instead of the value.

Reinstall HM:

1) Make a backup of "Config" in a safe location
2) Export your HUDs via "HUD Options => Player Preferences"
3) Uninstall HM via the Control Panel
4) Go to Program Files and delete the RVG Software directory, or the equivalent for Vista
5) Reboot your computer
6) Install the complete setup of HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/holdemmanager.zip
7) Upload HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate1.07beta.exe
8) Test if it works
9) Overwrite the backuped "holdemmanager.config" file in the new Config directory to recover your settings
10) Test if it works
11) Import your HUDs via "HUD Options => Player Preferences"
12) Test if it works

Are you sure this is the only solution?

I dont really dare to do that because I am datamining a lot but I am also using the purge hand history option frequently. If I export and then reimport all the hand histories I have then I think I'll get different stats in the HUD. I mean that as far as I know this way the purged and therefore deleted hand histories will not be included in the HUD stats anymore.

Is that understandable? Am I wrong?

There is no other solution for that "doh" issue?

Reinstalling HM don't affects your HHs. They are stored in another software (postgreSQL). Don't worry about that.

Before I would dare to do that I exported all hands, and then reimported all the hands to a newly created database.

The result: half of the HHs are missing - I think because of the thing that I am using "purging HHs" frequently - and using the new database I get completely different, and therefore completely missleading stats in the HUD for everybody.

So the question: How can I reinstall HM AND keep everything as it is now?

Use the backup/restore function instead of the export/import: http://208.109.95.123/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=12
