Currently running 1.12.10b
Latest Release: 1.14.02 - Source (http://www.holdemmanager.com/store/downloads-manuals.php)

Trying to get my HEM1 to work with WSOP NJ/888. I just imported all my hand histories and they seemed to go in fine without errors, however I can't search for the names in HEM, so makes me think they didn't go in. I also would like to know if the HUD works with my current build.

Would HEM2 fix this?

Did you download 14.02? Please update to this version:

http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.14.02.exe

We no longer update and support HM1. We do have a 30-day trial for HM2.

No, I did not and nor do I want too unless it says somewhere that it supports 888/WSOP NJ. Otherwise I would be upgrading and it wouldn't even fix the problem. Are there release notes somewhere?

Edit: It looks like it is supported but not sure what build this is on? http://forums.holdemmanager.com/general-support/461352-hud-888-nj.html

The build you are using is very old.

Please update to the latest/final version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.14.02.exe

If you update then it looks like the cash games HUD will work from what I see skimming that thread. I doubt we ever added tournament HUD support since the last post in that thread was so close to when we stopped providing support for HM1.

If you continue to have problems there is nothing else we can do since we no longer support this software so you should consider trying HM2. If you have not tried it recently you should be able to install the latest update and activate a new 30 day trial. If you have any problems with the trial let us know and we can extend the trial for you manually.

Okay, thanks. I actually am wondering about the Tourney HUD for WSOP/888. Can you confirm if this works with HEM2?

Yes, it should work fine for the New Jersey site's tournaments as far as I know. You can confirm this yourself using the 30 day trial and we also have a limited time no questions asked refund period.

Just tried to download the 30-day trial for the first time. Asked me to login and I did and it said my trial expired sometime last year? I don't ever remember trying HEM2, can you please extend? I also remember I had some credit $$ towards HEM products, but that now says I don't have any.

It looks like our sales guys took care of the trial problem and answered your credit questions.
