View Full Version : HUD not coming up in SNG Merge games

Updated to Holdem Manager Professional 1.14.01 on Windows XP. My HUD works fine for 6 and 9 handed cash games, but will not come up when I play a 9 handed SNG (both are
NLHE).

I'm on Sportsbook (Merge network). The only difference I can see is in the HM main screen, when the hand gets imported from the SNG, the message says there are x number of duplicates (x being the exact number of hands I've played in the SNG game) and 1 import error.

So, for each hand I play, the x number of duplicates matches the number of hands
I've played, and there is always 1 import error.

Any ideas on how to correct this so the HUD comes up in the SNGs? It looks to me like HM is thinking each new hand is a duplicate, or something in that vein.

I've searched the forums here and haven't seen anything similar.

We stopped updating for critical bugs and providing support for HM1 at the end of April 2014 - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/661/HM1+End+of+Life+(EOL)+Common+Questions

If you continue to have problems there is nothing else we can do since we no longer support this software.

However what you can do it try to use the TableFinder: http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/60/ConfiguringTableFinderToShowHUD
Also make sure the lobby language of the pokerclient is in English.

Check if these tournament hands import (and show up in Reports) into a new database. If they don't import properly (but import as errors) you'll have to update to HM2.
