Hello everyone.

Today the pokerstars client prompted a new update and changed to the European server. After this process HM stopped importing hands, even though it recognizes that im seating on the tables.

Has anyone looked into this issue?

Thanks in advance :)

Stars.eu is a different program, and thus needs to be set up - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/642/Poker+Stars+Setup

If there is still an issue, we need more information. Please follow the instructions in the following FAQ and reply back with the answers to the 12 questions in that FAQ. Those answers should help us quickly identify your issue, skipping questions will just mean we have to ask again in the next email and will delay the resolution of the issue - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/1421/What+can+be+done+if+the+HUD+does+not+work%3F

Alternatively you can use our Priority Support Tool which often resolves the issue and it will ask you relevant questions and at the end it will forward us the answers if you couldn't resolve it - Login to Holdem Manager (http://www.holdemmanager.com/store/priority-support/) - look for the 'HUD is not working' topic. Requests via the priority support tool receive higher priority than normal emails.

Does that mean that I'll have to setup a new database ?

I'm still using HM1.. does it make a difference? Since the link you provided only refers to HM2.

You don't need a new database.

You posted in the HM2 forums so I moved this thread to the HM1 forums.

You can find instructions for setting up the hand history folders on the HM1 FAQs - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/6/Poker+Stars+Setup

We stopped selling HM1 licenses when HM2 was released in November of 2011. We stopped updating for critical bugs and providing support for HM1 at the end of April 2014 - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/661/HM1+End+of+Life+(EOL)+Common+Questions

If you continue to have problems there is nothing else we can do since we no longer support this software so you should consider trying HM2. If you have not tried it recently you should be able to install the latest update and activate a new 30 day trial. If you have any problems with the trial let us know and we can extend the trial for you manually.
