range vs hero

Is it possible to create a defenition that would show the range hero is called by all other players with. I mean for example hero open from BTN and what range all players calls with on BB vs him together. And by logic this spark graph must be only in hero's popup. I think I should use some of these: "assign note to enemy", "force player to be recepient's enemy", but I don't know what exactly.
